Tampa General Hospital integrated HeartMath’s resilience skills into their Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program. HeartMath content was delivered in 20 min. monthly modules, over 11 months for 402 residents, divided into four cohorts.
Senior Leadership endorsed HeartMath as a wellness initiative – to address and transform the chronic stress employees were experiencing at work and in their lives.
